John McElhinney & Co., Chartered Accountants, was established by John M. McElhinney, with the firm’s origins stretching back to 1933 and O’Loghlen, Gillic & Co., Chartered Accountants. We are one of the older established family firms of Chartered Accountants in Dublin.
The current practice consisting of John J. McElhinney FIATI, LIB, QFA, FCA and consultant John A. McElhinney BA, FCA, maintains the firm's tradition of quality service. Both are Fellows of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
For four generations this boutique firm has been providing key services that include audit and accountancy, tax planning & consultancy, advisory, litigation support, unquoted share valuations, etc.
In order to expand the level and range of services offered to clients, the firm merged with Patrick J. Monahan & Co., Chartered Accountants in December 2001.
John McElhinney & Co., was awarded the Excellence in Training Award from Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2007. We are registered to carry on audit work by Chartered Accountants Ireland.
